Lesego (Executive Director) is a qualified medical doctor with over 15 years healthcare experience . He is an HIV/AIDS/TB and quality improvement teacher, facilitator and coach for an ideal patient care. He has completed several quality improvement courses with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement(IHI) and is enrolled on a fellowship programme with the International Society for quality Healthcare (ISQUA). Furthermore, he has technical expertise in the implementation of public health programmes in healthcare systems re-engineering, district health planning, health information systems, community mobilisation, pharmacy supply chain, and health programming. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in HIV Management and a diploma in Tropical Medicine and Health (Distinction). He serves on guideline committees for National Department of health and Southern African HIV Clinicians Society.
Tshepo (Chief Operations Officer) currently holds a Master of Business Administration, Business Leadership, B.Com Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate in Practical Project Management among other qualifications. As the COO at AQuaH, he manages the business operations and implements business plans according to the strategy. He ensures financial procedures are in place, while controlling costs and delegating duties to enhance staff members to grow capabilities.
With experience in financial management and accounting, he’s able to facilitate the efficient running of financial operations, while implementing improved processes and technologies within AQuaH. Apart from financial management, Tshepo has vast experience providing business consulting to SMEs, training and mentorship. Additionally, he is the founder of Courageous life Foundation, which is a registered NPO providing training in leadership , governance and financial management to pastors and business leaders. Tshepo has served in various boards as an advisor for governance, finance and administration, currently he is the Chairperson of the Global Business Roundtable in the Limpopo province.
Winnie (Managing Director) is a Professional Nurse with over 30 years nursing and related healthcare experience. Winnie is a qualified General Nurse with Midwifery, Psychiatric Nursing, Health assessment treatment and Care Diploma’s as well as a B Cur Ed et Admin degree. She is a highly experienced Primary Health Care and education; over 10 years and Intensive Care Nurse with vast oversees ICU experience of 9 years, implementation of public health programmes in the NGO sector. Winnie is a driven Nurse Educator, Assessor and moderator with many years’ experience in both the private sector as well as public sector.
